Refund policy

As all our products are printed on demand with original artwork 
by local artists, we do not accept returns or exchanges for 
change of mind or incorrect size selection.

However, we fully cover the following cases:

✅ Defective or damaged product — contact us within 14 days 
of receiving your order with a photo. We will send a free 
replacement or issue a full refund.

✅ Lost order — if your order doesn't arrive within 30 days 
of the estimated delivery date, we will resend it at no cost.

✅ Wrong item received — we will resend the correct item 
immediately at no cost.
